Adding an Authorized User to your Online Account

Students may grant parents, guardians, sponsors and other entities access to their online account by adding an Authorized User. Adding an Authorized User is the student’s consent that an individual may view their financial account information and make payments on their behalf.

Authorized User Login

Once your student grants you access to their student account, you may use this page to access their billing statements and activity: Authorized User Login Page

Authorized User Password Reset

If an authorized user account is locked, the user should use the password reset link on the page. If this still does not work, please contact TouchNet Customer Care directly: 1-800-869-8329. Student Accounting does not have access to authorized user information to updated this in the office.
