All students registered for classes are eligible to receive services at the SHWC. Newly registered students are eligible for services on the first day of classes. You can be seen regardless of your health insurance coverage. There is no fee to see a provider, however, there may be a fee for any testing, vaccines, or prescriptions. You should arrive 20 minutes early to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork or online forms*.

Payments for “No Show” appointments may be made here.
*If you fail to show up early you may have to use your appointment time for paperwork and may be asked to reschedule your visit.
*Please note, we do not make appointments for immunizations and TB blood test.
*Please wear clothes that will allow access to your arms for these type of appointments.
