BCBS Ancillary (Formerly Dearborn National)
Long-term disability coverage is provided at no cost through BCBS Ancillary (formerly Dearborn National). It offers income protection for a non work-related disability lasting more than 180 days. The plan provides income replacement at 60 percent of base pay to a maximum of $10,000 per month.
