The Student Right to Know and Campus Security Act of 1990 as amended by the Higher Education Technical Amendments of 1991 requires public disclosure of the following subjects:

  1. Retention and graduation rates for students enrolled in colleges and universities receiving federal financial assistance
  2. Crime statistics on campus
  3. Athletic program participation rates and financial support. Public disclosure is also required for the cost of attendance, accreditation, academic program data, withdrawal policies, refund policies, and other institutional information as requested.
