Referrals
If you are interested in pursuing an evaluation for a learning disability please contact the Center for Disability Resources (CDR) to set up an appointment for a consultation and /or referral. The office will help to identify a provider or evaluator that will best meet your needs, however, the CDR does not pay for the evaluation process or for diagnostic testing.
