Permits for university tenants are now available for purchase online through MyParking. Tenants have the option of purchasing weekly, monthly, semester or annual permits. Permits will be valid in Flex parking lots. Semester and Annual permits are prorated on a semi-monthly basis on the 1st and 16th. Permits will be mailed to your specified mailing address within (10) business days. Your permit and HawkCard gate access will be valid on your registered vehicle(s) as of the permit effective date. A parking permit is valid for (1) vehicle parked on campus at a time.
How to Access MyParking
Tenants can access MyParking only with an established parking account with the ACaPS office. Your initial login requires your email address on file and HawkCard ID number. After initial login, a unique password must be created. Once password is created successfully, permits can be purchased. Parking citations must be paid or appealed to purchase a new permit.
If you have a HawkCard ID, but have never registered for parking, call us at 312.567.8968 to establish an account. You will need to provide your HawkCard ID number and company email address.

Employer Sponsored Tenant Parking
If your company participates in our third-party billing program, visit the ACaPS Office in Hermann Hall 201 with your authorized parking application for processing. Parking citations must be paid or appealed to purchase a new permit. Your permit and HawkCard gate access will be valid on your registered vehicle(s) as of the permit effective date.
