Fraternity and Sorority Life

Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) has been an important part of the Illinois Tech educational experience for more than 100 years, and joining a fraternity or sorority remains a popular option for all students to this day.

Membership provides opportunities for leadership development, scholastic achievement, and life-long friendships. We encourage all Illinois Tech students to learn more about our fraternity and sorority values of academics, service, and the community. For more specific information about our organizations, visit our chapters page.

For students who are interested in joining the FSL community, visit our Potential New Members page for information on recruitment events. Each fraternity and sorority also hosts a variety of fun and informational events for students throughout the year.
