Career Development Coaches and Peer Career Coaches are committed to helping students meet their professional career goals. Career Development Coaches are full-time staff members in the Career Services office. Each Career Development Coach is assigned to a college/school within Illinois Tech. (Italics denotes this specialization.)
- Discuss your interests and potential careers, answer questions, administer and analyze assessments, and help you develop a career plan
- Proofread resumes, cover letters, personal statements, graduate school applications, and more
- Show you how to best navigate the Career Services website, how to sign up for and use Jobs4Hawks, as well as how to get the most individual value from our workshops and services
- Conduct mock interviews and help you network with alumni and professionals within your industry

The best way to connect with a Career Development Coach is to schedule an appointment. Students who come to the office during office hours will be served on a first come, first served basis.
