Spring 2016 permits will remain available for sale through April 30th. Summer and Fall permits will be available online beginning Monday, April 4th. There will be no parking rate increase for Summer & Fall 2016 and Spring 2017.
$6.00 Day Passes During Finals Week! Parking day passes are available for students during finals week via MyParking for $6.00 each. Flex Finals Day Passes are valid in Flex lots (A3, B2, B3, C1, C2, D1-D2, and D5). Parking access will be available through your HawkCard and your permit will be assigned to your license plate immediately upon purchase. The standard daily rate is $12.00 in the visitor parking lots. These permits will be available online through Friday, May 6. Weekly permits are also available online for $30.00.
Semester Break Parking Standard permit enforcement remains in effect during semester breaks with the exception of the following upcoming university holidays: Monday, May 30th and Monday, July 4th. Reserved and restricted areas must be observed during this time. Weekly permits are available via MyParking. Vehicles should not be stored on campus in the absence of the owner/driver; however, active resident permit holders may do so with advance arrangements with the ACaPS Office. The ACaPS Office reserves the right to relocate vehicles for emergency/maintenance management if the driver/owner is unavailable.

All permits except EVENING have 24/7 access to A2 East to facilitate access to Keating Sports Center. EVENING permits are valid during the times specified for the permit type as noted above.
PARKING GATE ACCESS
The HawkCard ID is the official access control device for parking gates.
Parking permits will be actively enforced Monday-Friday, 7am - 7pm. Complimentary parking is available in general spaces campus wide on a first-come, first-served basis on Saturdays and Sundays. Reserved spaces and restricted areas are enforced 24/7.
Permit Distribution and Payment Options
Physical permits will be mailed to the address of your choice via PERMITDIRECT, our permit fulfillment partner, within (10) business days of purchase. Permits purchased after January 1st will be effective immediately for the registered vehicle(s).
Lump Sum permits can be paid in full by credit/debit card, electronic check, or student account charge. Students interested in charging their parking permit to their student account must have an active Title IV Authorization (available via MyIIT portal) for Non-Institutional Charges Form on file with the university PRIOR TO PURCHASING A PERMIT. Student charge is available for Fall or Spring permits ONLY.
How to File
Visit the MyIIT Portal → Finances Tab → Student Accounting Office Channel → Title IV Authorization → Select option (2) Non-Institutional Charge Authorization to authorize any applicable financial aid to be applied to your parking fees → email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm your payment eligibility for student charge, we will respond within 1 business day.
PERMIT PRORATIONS, REFUNDS, AND STUDENT CHARGES
Fall and Spring permit fees are prorated on the 1st and 16th of each month. Shorter term summer session permits are prorated on a weekly basis. Prorated fees are reflected in MyParking. The deadlines for the student charge payment method AND to request permit refunds are January 23rd for Spring 2016, September 3rd for Fall 2016, and January 21st for Spring 2017. Summer session permits require lump sum payment by credit/debit card or electronic check. Refunds must be requested by the respective add/drop deadline for each permit/course session for consideration. Weekly and monthy permits cannot be cancelled/refunded after the effective date of the permit.
