A web form has been made available in order to expedite requests for service and/or refunds relating to HawkCard Office resources. Please read the additional information below pertaining to specific areas of service.
Requests for service which require a refund should go through our existing work order system. However, requests for service which DO NOT require a refund should go through the LaundryLinx system. The LaundryLinx system sends the request directly to the laundry technician to ensure faster service.
For cash transactions, vending refunds can only be handled through visiting the HawkCard office. General service requests, as well as requests for TechCash refunds, can be made through the existing work order system.
